概要
2022年度に改定された「大学設置基準」では，TA (Teaching Assistant）の業務範囲が拡大されたことに対応するため，大学としてTAのレベルアップや，起こりうる問題を未然に防ぐことは，絶対に必要なこととなっています。この状況に対応するため，教育革新センターでは， TAに対する研修として， 2024年4月3日にTAに関する説明「TAの心得」とグループワーク「TA業務の実際」を組み合わせた「TA入門」を開催しました。本ホームページではそのTA入門と内容と同等のものを公開しますので，是非，活用してください。なお，「TAの心得」に関しては英語に翻訳したものがあります。「TA業務の実際」については日本語のみですが，今後，外国人留学生向けの英語版も公開予定です。
The 2022 revision of the Standards for the Establishment of Universities broadened the role of teaching assistants (TAs) and mandated that universities offer them proper training. Given these changes, it is imperative for universities to enhance the quality of TAs and to address potential issues proactively. In alignment with these requirements, the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning introduced a training program titled “Introduction to TAs.” This program includes the “Basic Rules for a TA,” an overview of TA responsibilities, and a “Case Study of TA Works” conducted through group activities.This webpage offers content that closely mirrors the “Introduction to TAs” course. The English translation of the “Basic Rules for a TA” is available here, and the English version of the “Case Study of TA Works” will soon be provided as well.
